Wallplate Insert - Speaker Cable (black)

These Speaker Cable wallplate connections deliver a finishing touch to that hole in the wall. They make it easy to connect your rear speakers to your amplifier. As you know for your surround sound to work properly one of the things you need to do is place the speakers around the room in the right positions to your 'listening position'! Alot of people want to know how to mount the rear speakers in a 5.1 system (the surround left and the surround right) with the speaker cable concealed in the ceiling. For starters this is all you need!:
• 1x 4 gang wall plate
• 4x speaker cable inserts (2 red + 2 black)
• (optional) Pair of speaker brackets (nicer finish and hide the hole) (Do give your speaker more 'directional audio') Recommended for 'satellite rear speakers'
• If you have 'bookshelf' size speakers these honestly look better flush on the wall so no bracket necessary - you can flush mount with 1 screw in a stud or by using a 'wallmate'! and the size of the spaker will hide the small hole that the speaker cable comes out of
• Speaker cable (from the 4 gang wallplate to the speakers and from up the wall across the ceiling to the two speakers)
• That's it!
• For brick walls 'Bullnose' Wallplates are recommended. Use these instead of gang wallplates and speaker cable inserts. These are 10 times easier to install and give you that finishing touch to speaker cable coming out of the hole in the brick wall. These are also available. Search from the top left hand corner for 'bullnose' or click on the tab on the left - 'wall-plates'.
