- Purchase risk-free from our online store. In the unlikey event that products purchased are faulty you may return goods within 30 days for exchange/refund. We do not normally refund due to a; 1. change of mind 2. incorrect orders of goods ordered.3.Incorrect shipping details entered on behalf of the customer 4. Delays in postage (whilst we do our part and work vigilantly getting all orders to the post office on a daily basis, having our couriers pick up orders from our shipping depot, these companies at times fail to deliver as promised) We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for the actual deliver date. - For cables and items which are required for permanent installations (eg. Inside walls or ceilings), please connect the cables to compatible equipment prior to installation to ensure correct function. We cannot accept returns for cables which have been mishandled or damaged during installation by unqualified personnel.
