  • Return for full refund, excluding shipping cost, within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All products returned must be “as new” condition.
  • ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment are required.

  • Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit
  • Cable Magic reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition.


Returns Policy

  • We do not cover return postage fees for exchanges or returns where the product is not at fault.
  • Under certain circumstances that the customer covers the return postage of the exchanged item.or Fastway Couriers
  • For the return of faulty goods, Cable Magic will cover return postage charges up to the value of $10.95
  • For cables and items which are required for permanent installations (eg. Inside walls or ceilings), please connect the cables to compatible equipment prior to installation to ensure correct function. We cannot accept returns for cables which have been mishandled or damaged during installation by unqualified personnel.
