Firstly you need 1. Foxtel, 2. A recorder (vcr, dvd recorder etc) & 3. A cable to send the foxtel to your recorder (like this one - a scart to 6 rca) The scart to 6 rca has 2 x lots of yellow, red & white. 1 x set is labelled 'in' and the other set is labelled 'out'. You plug the scart end (obviously into your foxtel /austar / pay tv box) and plug the 'out' yellow and the 'out' red and the 'out' white into the 'in' yellow, 'in' red & 'in' white of your recorder! Confused? Just email us! But then you put your recorder onto it's input / av channel (not the tv!) and now if you press record.... it shall record whatever Foxtel channel the foxtel box is on! It really is that simple! But we understand that it's easier said then done! Whilst being simple it's only simple if it's done exactly right which is the catch 22!
