Product Description

Input only.
Foxtel/Austar approved adapter that sends av(composite signal) one direction to a compatible tv with a scart connection/s or into your Foxtel/ Austar Box. All foxtel/austar boxes have a feature enabling you to actually connect another device using an av cable combined with this type of adapter; perfect if the television you are working with does not have enough av inputs, want to minimise cables or make your system easier to use with less button pushing. If you are using this scart in adapter for this application simply: 1.Plug in the adapter to the 'vcr' scart connection on the back of the Foxtel/ Austar box. 2.Use an 'AV cable' to connect your vcr, dvd, set top box or game console etc to the adapter. 3.Get onto your Pay tv channel/input on your tv. 4.Lastly simply just press the 'AV' button on your pay tv remote! The picture of the dvd player/vcr etc will then come up on your tv!
